01 · Before the session

The Ritual. Two minutes before you open.

You set your state, your intention, and the pillar you want to hold. Hyvirtus keeps that trace for the moment it actually matters: your next trade.

Why a ritual

You do not decide better when you are loaded. You decide better when you know where you stand.

A trader who opens their platform without knowing what state they are in is a pilot taking off without checking the instruments. Not dangerous by bad luck. Dangerous by ignorance.

The Ritual does not calm you. It shows you what you were not willing to look at. The stress you have built up. The alertness that is missing. The urge for revenge sitting underneath. You write these things in two minutes. And you start your session knowing.

Short. Blunt. Honest. And always done at the same moment: before you touch the market.

Here is what you set, concretely.

What you set

Six elements. Set in two minutes.

Each one has a precise function. This is not a questionnaire. It is the inventory of your starting point.

01 · Energy level

Stress and alertness

Two scales from 0 to 5. Stress gives your inner tension level. Alertness gives your capacity to be present. Set as they are, without embellishment.

Hyvirtus uses these two scales as a reading frame during the session. A stressed trader who adjusts slowly and a sharp trader who adjusts slowly are not making the same inner movement.

02 · Tone of the day

Dominant emotion

Calm, focus, doubt, tension, euphoria. One emotion to choose, the one that dominates right now. Not yesterday, not in theory. Right now.

This emotion becomes a contextual reference for Hyvirtus. A decision made in doubt does not read the same as the same decision made in euphoria, even when the gesture is identical.

03 · What you want to set

Intention for the session

A free sentence. What you want this session to carry, or what you know might cause you to drift. Both are valid.

The intention is not a numerical target. It is a qualitative compass that Hyvirtus holds to confront, at the close, with what actually happened.

04 · The trap you know

Risk of the day to avoid

Five known traps: FOMO, overtrading, revenge, impulse, euphoria. You choose the one you have learned to recognize in yourself.

When Hyvirtus reads you during the session, the risk you declared becomes a primary reading grid. Not the only one. But the first one it consults.

05 · The ground you want to hold

Pillar of the day to respect

One of the six pillars: inner discipline, capital management, risk management, vision, method, commitment. The one you choose as the central anchor of the session.

The pillar of the day is what Dojo Live watches first. If you hold it during the session, Hyvirtus surfaces that. If you break it, Hyvirtus surfaces that too.

06 · What you commit to

Commitment for the session

A short phrase, tailored to your trader profile. It is the pact you make with yourself before opening Dojo Live.

The commitment stays visible in the background during the session, then appears in the Timeline at close. To measure the distance between what you set and what you actually did.

And concretely, here is what it looks like.

Continuity

The Ritual does not stay isolated.

Once set, it becomes the context Hyvirtus uses across the two other times of your practice.

During the session

Dojo Live reads it

The risk, the pillar, the commitment, and the emotion are passed to Hyvirtus when it reads you. A decision made with a declared pillar does not read the same as a decision made without any anchor.

At the close

The Timeline recalls it

In the end-of-session summary, your intention and your commitment are shown clearly. You see what you set, and what the session actually produced.

Over time

The trajectory builds

The pillars you declare repeatedly, the emotions that come back, the risks you recognize end up drawing a behavioral profile. Not in words. In recurrences.

Before moving on, one last clarity.

What the Ritual is not

Four misunderstandings to clear up.

From a distance, the Ritual resembles several things it is not. To avoid the confusion.
